Question 1: Are any utilities included in my sponsorship?

There is free guest WiFi, however for high speed internet and dedicated lines, you will need to purchase your own internet. Power is not included in your sponsorship. You can buy both of these things and additional services such as rigging or food & beverage through the exhibitor packet our team will provide.

Question 2: When can I select my booth?

Once the fire marshal approved floor plan is released, exhibitors will be able to select their booth according to their order in the queue (the order in which they purchased)

Question 3: What networking opportunities can I access with my exhibitor badge?

You can access the Welcome Party with your Exhibitor Badge. Platinum Sponsors may also access the VIP Party. If any Gold or Silver Sponsors want to attend the VIP Party, please contact your RoofCON Exhibitor Coordinator.

Question 4: When can I set up or tear down my booth?

Exhibitor setup will take place Jan 5th from 8AM to 5PM. All booths must be set up by 5PM. You may lose your spot if you do not set up on time. Exhibitor tear down will happen from 4 PM to 9 PM on Jan 7th.
